How not to compile every time SCSS / SASS to CSS?
Hello gentlemen. Gnawing on granite layout, in the process of learning SCSS / SASS (I haven’t understood the differences yet, but it’s so fashionable). I read in articles that you need to use the command to compile SCSS / SASS to CSS. But I can imagine how hemorrhoids it will be, because I do this: I wrote the CSS rules for the block, wrote it in HTML and immediately checked it in the browser. And every time I am not satisfied with such operations with a tambourine. I perfectly understand that somewhere there is that most beautiful and sweet IDE that itself compiles the whole thing into CSS. And the question itself - what is the name of this cute creature?
