How not to be banned again?
I was banned as a Google Play developer. They wrote that you can not try to create a new account. I would like to ask a few questions:
1. Is it possible to create a new account on the same computer, but not to be 100% banned?
2. Is it possible to create a new account on the phone, from another Internet, but not to be 100% banned?
3. Is the virtual server connected to my computer, and is it possible to create an account on it so that I don’t get banned?
Personally, it seems to me that the option with the phone should work - the hardware is different, the IP is different and the data, of course, I will replace everything (Card, name, etc.), but I need advice from someone who understands.

1. I wouldn’t worry about IP at all, IPv4 addresses have not been enough for everyone for a long time, so Internet providers display thousands of their subscribers through the same IP addresses.
2. In order to prevent any cookies or data from the local storage from leaking out, you can create a new user in Windows to register, then the browser will definitely not send anything from the old profile to them.
3. You can create a virtual machine in general with a different version of Windows or Linux.
4. You can change the browser.
5. You can change the screen resolution, it’s especially easy to do it on a vmware virtual machine :)
Scripts can transfer all this information to the server, I don’t know what Google collects from us, but getting it with a script is no problem.
But most importantly, you need to register in a different name (wife, mother, father, brother, sister) and I think that the address should also be different, not highlighted. In the same name it will be necessary to register an account with them.
