How not to apply a discount in Bitrix?

Good afternoon, a rule for working with a basket has been made on the site, a discount is applied to all products, I added a checkbox for the infoblock, "do not apply a discount" added a condition to the "Rule for working with a basket" but the discount is not applied at all to everyone, maybe I missed something .. or misunderstood

This is very strange. Look for the problem elsewhere. What do you have on the Restrictions tab? Maybe the user is not a member of the group?
Should definitely work. I even specifically checked on the default store:

The new property, as you understand, is similar - just the List property in the form of a checkbox.

Если вы устанавливали более 1 правила для расчета скидок, то для начала проверьте приоритеты. Вероятно, одно из правил перекрывает результат работы другого.

I am sure that it is no longer relevant for the author, but for those who have a problem and in search of a solution went here - one of the solutions:
in my case, the discount when paying in cash was displayed next to the price in the product card.
Removed all discounts in the Marketing Management section, removed everything related to discounts in the admin panel and product properties.
It turned out that the discount in the product card was registered in the template. Silly, but I spent a few hours to finish this up.
