How much will it cost to buy a server for a site with a traffic of 100k people?

Hello!
Tell me who fumbles in the subject, how much will it cost to buy a server for a site (social network) with an attendance of 100k people?
And what are the options with the premises and its equipment (for Moscow and its region)?
Just do not write "Why do you need this?" and "Expensive" :)
I would like to get the real cost of all this

1. Learn to measure the load normally.
Can not be

website with 100k visitors

It happens
Site with 3000000 requests per day, average rps under load ~100, peak rps ~500. In total, there are 100,000 users in the database, on average 50 mb of stored content per user, the peak value is 5gb, such users are ~ 0.1%. Traffic per day ...gb, peak traffic ...per second.
We expect a load increase of 30% in the next 12 months.
The site is written in php, mariadb, redis databases.

This is some kind of very minimal set from which you can advise something.

100k per second? It depends on the technology and how well your social media is written. network. Similar loads were excellent on PX120 from Heitzner, on tornadoes and postgres, the functionality was not social. network, but it looks like a toy. There is also a real-time chat, showing the user's ship (why not a wall?) ... And there was also a reserve for heavy loads.

x$ = Load / Ability to configure the server
From the value of this skill, x can vary dozens of times.
