How much used disk space should be in the "storage" of the new Macbook Pro 13 (128 GB)?

Greetings.
Bought a new Macbook Pro 13" 2015 (128 GB). Opened About This Mac - Storage and found 1.31 GB occupied by Audio, 750 MB by Photos, and 410 MB by Movies. However, I I haven't written anything to it yet.
Is it some kind of pre-installed data, or could they have used the laptop before me? I made the initial settings, there are no other users in the system. The "ac -p" command is only my account and root, but there is a difference between the operating time, which is issued by this command and data from SMART ( https://toster.ru/q/212765)
