How much to charge for website layout when you have a lot of experience?

I’ll make a reservation right away, by layout I mean layout, exclusively writing html, css and js (by type, open, close menus, sliders, etc.). That is, there are no landings on Bitrix and creating a design here :) It just so happened that now I have about 3-4 years of experience and I have never worked through freelance exchanges (I went out a long time ago through mail to a company and somehow spun).

In this regard, the question arose, who at what price and what is the average price on the market for 1 hour of layout? I'm not entirely sure this is the correct question. I usually get an hour in the region of 800r - 1000r. Is it a lot? Isn't that enough?) I understand that everyone evaluates according to their arrogance / greed / professionalism, etc. But are there any averages?

1) Price is always a floating value. (For how much you sell, for that much it is valued.)
2) Any market is supply and demand. If they buy and this is enough for you, then what is the question.
3) I have no idea about the prices in hours of layout. Most of the time, no one cares. If it's not site support or something else. An hourly rate is given when something is priced in hours.
Most customers need to know the final price and terms. Especially if you're just starting out.
4) Average performance in the market? What? Worldwide? Regional? Urban? By site? mb personal brands?
5) Experience and skills do not always coincide. Having a portfolio shows your current level for the client. Especially if you want to work with companies permanently.
6) 1000 rubles per hour for 8 hours a day is 8k 8k * 22 days = 176000. If you value yourself at full load, you can use time trackers to calculate how much time it takes and calculate the cost for typical services.

Basically, all the freelancers I've met set a price that they would take for this job. For example, if you go through the exchange, then for example, the layout of one page with 7 blocks will start from 2,000 rubles to 15,000.
But at the same time, freelancers also take into account the time of employment. For example, if the task is completed in 1-2 days, then the price is as high as possible. If the task is not urgent and there is still time, then the price will be lower.
There was a task earlier to lay out the elements for the landing page from Figma. Everyone has a different lead time and, accordingly, the price is different.

html, css and js (by type, open close menus, sliders, etc.)

in this category, freelancing is already crowded. and given that you say that you have never worked through the stock exchanges, you won’t be able to take a job for a normal price tag.
those. you will either need to lower the price a lot, or go higher in a full-fledged front.
