I am ready to learn 3-4 hours a day, I have knowledge of java and C ++, at the moment my stack is HTML + CSS + React.js, I would like to use Python as a language for the backend, as well as for writing telegram bots

There is no certification system that would require you to have a number of python projects, and projects can be different. There are those that can be done in an hour, and there are those that take years to do. The question initially does not have a clear answer. If from scratch, then the month is 160 hours, 0 projects, my experience is just not quite a python.
