How much RAM is needed for comfortable work of an accountant?

Hello!
An abstract question, but suddenly I get an answer.
I'm going to buy a PC for an accountant who uses 1s, sbis, reports through the site (contour, web consolidation, etc.), I'm interested in the following questions:
1) Is 8 GB of RAM enough for him, or is it better to take 16 right away?
2) Processor i3 (9100) or ryzen3 (2200G)?
I'm leaning towards i3, although it has 2400 MHz memory.
Please advise, thanks!

I have a laptop (2012)
so I'm developing it on 1C, well, in principle, it's enough.
So booze is enough.

depends on what to run
