How much memory should be allocated for SQL and 1c application server?

Hello. Couldn't find information on my question. There is a server, with MSSQL and with an application server 1c. How much memory (RAM) should be allocated for SQL and 1s?
Thank you.

Depends on how many requests pass on average per second and how much memory each request consumes. You can start from the following configuration:
1) 8 cores for whining-16/32 GB RAM +4 GB leave OS
2) 16 cores for whining-32/64 GB RAM+8 GB leave OS
For 1C, turn off multithreading in whine properties ( max dop=1), because 1C is not friendly with multithreading.
And let me remind you that the Standard license does not recognize whining more than 16 cores and 128 GB of RAM.
You can also look at the memory consumption of the skul in system views. In the properties of the whine, there are min and max for RAM, the max was given above, but first set the min to half that of the max, but not less than 8 GB (carefully, it is indicated there in mb, not in GB!).
From experience, I’ll say that if 1C eats more than 64 GB of RAM and 16 cores are few, and there are not 1000+ users, then the problem is in the requests. P.1
above is suitable for the number of users up to 100 pieces, with optimization it is possible of course up to 500 pieces
nothing as it was 2 years ago 8 GB of RAM is nothing. Similarly, about 8 cores, I also advise at least.
And then look at the situation.
If the environment is virtual, then there will be no problems in expanding at all. If not, I advise you to switch to virtual environments in the future

If MS SQL Server itself does not limit memory usage, then you can use the advice of Microsoft SQL Server and 1C server .

Use case 32 GB RAM, 8 logical processors and approximately 40 users.
