How much karma does it take to upvote comments?

I posted the news and got a lot of good comments. I wanted to put pluses, but “not enough karma to vote”, although yesterday I voted with my karma (= 1) and everything was fine.
Please answer, how much karma do you need to vote? Well, or give a reference where you can read about it.

Brought it to 2, now you can vote for comments. But quite a bit, really -)
