How much does the H1 length affect SEO search and so on?

Hello. On the Internet they write that the length of H1 should be 50 characters.
My question is, what if I have H1 60-70-80 characters? How critical is it?
What impact might this have on the future? The site looks nice, but I'm trying to follow the standards.

Length doesn't matter!
Google recently stated that it doesn't care if there are H1s on a page or not, or if there are 10 of them on a page.
Yandex also doesn’t care, relevance is now most estimated by title, description and semantics in the general content of the page, the influence of individual content elements is minimized just so that the site owner can make the site beautiful and useful, and not spammed and ugly for the sake of PS .

In theory, H1 is the main high-frequency query on the page. It must be up to 70 characters long. Does not match the title (synonyms can be used). It makes no sense to make titles longer than 60 characters. Everything else will be cut off in the search results.

Throw in the standards (who came up with? Where is the official information from search engines on this topic?) And proceed from the semantics. The main key of the cluster in title, additional in H1. Everything is simple)
