Proper use of two domains for one site?

Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. There was a need to add a second domain to one site. (ru and rf).
The site is on the same hosting. I would like to know how to do this correctly and how to tell search engines correctly that this is one site with two addresses? I do not want this to have a negative impact on search results.
