How much does SSD performance drop when encrypted with software BitLocker?

In general, I’m interested in how much the performance of an AHCI / NVMe SSD (linear / random 4k read / write with different queue depths) will drop when it is encrypted by BitLoсker with a soft XTS-AES256 with the option "encrypt only used disk space" if the CPU supports the AES-NI instruction set.
I'm specifically interested in tests of Samsung 850 EVO / 960 EVO SSDs encrypted in this way, can anyone test their own or see several results on the network?
PS Yes, I know that Samsung 960 EVO supports "Class 0" and TCG Opal hardware encryption, and Samsung 850 EVO - "Class 0", TCG Opal and IEEE-1667 (eDrive). But the problem is that the Samsung 960 EVO does not have eDrive support, and TCG Opal does not allow you to make everything work properly after waking the computer from S3 sleep.
