How much does it cost to ship a defective product back to China?
I bought a stick with an Airmouth on Aliexpress androidTV, and sadness befell me - the device arrived non-working.
According to the dispute, the full cost of the goods was returned to me, but I promised to send the defective item back to the seller.
How much will it cost me? Is it possible to send at the expense of the recipient?
The parcel is small (approximately 20 x 20 x 7 cm), weight less than a kilogram.

There is no recipient payment.
I sent it back by Russian mail, it reached China in 4 days, plus three more to the recipient. In total, it turned out 700 rubles for 1 kg, for 200 g about 150-200 rubles.

Sometimes it's cheaper to send a "Small Package" (but there is no autotariff).
I sent a small package, it turned out about 300 rubles like. It took about a month to China, apparently the blockage was in both directions.
Only postal workers do not often encounter this and at first they say that it is impossible to send electronics, etc. But in the end, I managed to convince them that this is all under my responsibility and I put my signature on the customs declaration. Everything arrived safely.
Bad advice: tell me what you sent, and after 3 weeks say that the Russian post office lost the package. PR she is. The Chinese will not lose - they will still stamp them.
I received goods of inadequate quality, I filed a complaint and they returned the money to me.
I also ordered stickers. One was not working. They sent a replacement without any problems (generally another newer model).
I asked how to send them a non-working one, in response I received “no need”.
