How to restore contacts in android after changing google account?

Was tied to a Google account since the sale.
I used it calmly, but then I began to cry that I could not enter this account.
Naturally, I don’t have a password or the name of the account itself.
I created a new google account and signed in.
That old one was deleted.
All contacts are gone. Is there a possibility to restore?
I don't know my previous account :(
