How much does a mobile app template cost?

I want to make my own mobile application. But, I don’t have a special budget yet, and I don’t have any TK on hand.

For that, there is a working prototype on the appsheet.

I also know how to work with the database. Write SQL queries, make views, tables.
I know how to work with the server, accept and send requests.

I want to make my application on flutter, but I don't have a poppy yet.

My mobile app collects data in a form and displays it in a table. In principle, nothing complicated. It just needs localization.

Here, please tell me if I can buy a working template of a mobile application, so that it will be deployed to me on my computer, into a database on the server?)
