There is a page with animation: by clicking on the button, the page scrolls down, then the div is animated. On iPhones / Androids, if a person initially enlarged the button, then the scroll occurs in the corresponding place of the cropped div, and the idea with the animation is not visible.
Is it possible to somehow programmatically zoom the page to the width of the device?

<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width">
