How much does a good interface designer (UI/UX) cost?

Negotiations are underway with several customers and I would like to know what is the "average temperature" for the cost of the work of a web interface designer in the CIS countries.
And also, what payment system is better to choose:
- hourly;
- coordination of the time and stages of work at the stage of consideration and preparation of the TOR and, on this basis, take an advance payment and, upon completion of the work, the rest of the amount;
- by weeks (as in Artem Gorbunov's studio).
I noticed that there is such a practice that the main page costs one amount of money, the rest are several times less, how much is the right way, since secondary pages are no less difficult to design and often have a fairly large amount of work to create the design of various elements?
Thank you all for your replies, and I'll also be grateful for the links on the topic.

I think this is the best shape.
There are, but rarely. Usually the main difficulty is the general concept, and then all the pages go like clockwork.
ps opinion, nothing more.

As a rule, they work on a fixed amount, but it is calculated based on the number and cost of man-hours. The hourly payment system is not suitable for everyone, it will be necessary to install software that tracks the work if you do not have 100% trust with the customer. Therefore, it is wiser to calculate your fee based on the TOR and the cost of an hour of your work. The cost of a normal ux/ui designer starts from $15/hour

Much depends on the designer himself - they either work on an hourly rate, or negotiate the final cost of the project (approximately).
He himself is used to working only at an hourly rate, and most of his friends, too. It’s easier to evaluate tasks and control the process:
“Wow, I plowed 6 hours today!” and went to set the clock for tasks (two hours for one form, three hours for the order page and one hour for the profile).
As for the “Main-secondary” question, they noticed correctly here - the main page implies the creation of a concept, the settlement of issues on tasks (TOR), and other nuances.
This is if you are requesting a complete design cycle (prototype-test-design).
For example, I would question the design (as a UX specialist), it would simply be less interesting for me to draw it already :)
Price: again, a lot depends on the type of work. I won’t say on a project-by-project basis, but I would put a monthly + buns. Hourly same 700-800 r / hour.

Ideal for a good job as a UX designer:
$1,000 per hour for a 4-hour workday
and five different projects per week.
His brain still works 24 hours a day,
and when busy on different projects, it is even more efficient.
Knowledge of Flexscope principles is a must.
