How much do you spend on project advertising and what kind of advertising to choose?

I am a student, making a website/project for the sake of interest and experience. Now the time has come for advertising / promotion, there is not much extra money, I’m ready to spend 6,000 rubles on advertising. per month. I understand that the amount for advertising is scanty and just ridiculous!
Advise where and what kind of advertising to take in order to spend the specified amount as efficiently as possible (banners on third-party sites, direct, maybe for SEO, etc.)?!

If you have a content project (blog, articles, thematic portal), then teaser advertising is best.
If this is a site selling goods or services (not necessarily an online store) that are already in demand (check through wordstat), then contextual advertising on search is best.
