How much current can the Arduino handle?
There is a battery for 14v and 80 amps through the converter lowered from 14 to 5 volts.
And now I wonder if it is possible to connect a current of 80 amperes to Arduino or not. If not, please advise how to reduce current.

The device does not "withstand" the current, but "sweat" it. The battery current is how much energy it can give per unit of time. Key word can.
If you have a 14 volt battery 80 ampere * hours (and not amperes), then you can connect it through a 5 volt converter or even directly - (recommended arduino supply voltage 7-12, limit 6-20 V).
ps I would recommend refreshing your knowledge of electrical engineering, otherwise the arduino may not live long ...
