Do I need a special permit to transport a homemade device on Arduino across the border of the Russian Federation?

I'm going from Ukraine to Russia, I'm taking with me a device for the exhibition - an Arduino Uno board with a Bluetooth shield - connected to a very simple mechanism.
What problems can there be at the border with the transport of this beast? Are there any special documents required?

In theory, there should be no problems, in practice, a person who travels these days from Ukraine to Russia with an incomprehensible device with a bunch of wires runs the risk of being greatly misunderstood by our (RF) customs and other authorities

Send the board to yourself in Russia by DHL.

There is a clear list of what cannot be carried in luggage and hand luggage. There are no arduino devices in this list.
Are you so eager to just discuss with delight, how can customs officers grab you and accuse you of terrorism?

There is a reverse list - an exhaustive list of personal items that are not subject to duty. There is no arduino in it. Therefore, at a minimum, you need to have with you documents (checks, etc.) confirming the cost of all this. At a minimum, this will make it possible to avoid heavily inflated customs duties.
I once had the imprudence to carry a home-made telescope across the border. It turned out that this was not worth it. It cost me almost one more cost that I spent on it during the manufacturing process - it was a very pity to give the telescope to customs ...
