The maximum number of http requests per second per domain is 75.
75 people at the same time? and if it is 80, someone will get an error?

Depends on the type of site. What is your site? A business card site, or an online store where a huge amount of data is processed every second?

75 visitors per second is about a million visitors per day, this is a cool top site.
But this is about something else: let's say 1000 people are sitting on the site (reading an article, choosing a product). And then 80 of them click on some link, button, etc. within a second. - this is the http request.
