Will the first tariff be enough to run a couple of sites on Ubuntu Server?
Attendance up to 100 people / day, it is possible to use a simple cms (for example, wordpress).
Services will be php/apache/myscql/ssh. ISPmanager and the like are not needed, so resources will not be spent on it.

I'm not sure about wordpress on the first tariff ... Most likely, the page will be generated for a long time. Then it's better to build freebsd for this configuration.

You just need to clarify in the docks what are the minimum system requirements for Ubuntu. CentOS 6, for example, refuses to install on machines with memory < 512.
