How many equalities are needed to solve the equation?

Actually the question is, how many equations are needed for known x and w, U1, U2, I2 to determine RLGC?
Ps. in general, this is a telegraphic equation of the voltage of the beginning of the line depending on the current and voltage of the end, which are known and it is necessary to determine the parameters of the line (not the wave impedance and propagation constant).
That is, by changing the frequency, we will measure different pairs of values U1, U2, I2, while RLGC are constant, but not known.
Thank you, and sorry for not knowing the basics of mathematical analysis.

Theoretically, four measurements are enough. But since the task does not seem to be very correct due to the exponential, always tending either to zero or to ∞, it is better to take measurements with a margin, but make an approximation.
