How many emails per second can be sent using postfix on the server?

Machine config:
Ubuntu 14.04
cpu: core i3
ram: 8gb
ssd: 200gb
There are some big mailing lists, currently about 8 emails per second. I would like to know from more experienced mailing specialists whether it is possible to increase the number of sent letters on a machine with these characteristics, or is it still the limit. Sent letters are signed by opendkin, spf, mx records are configured.

looked at our munin. today it took 1400 emails/min.
the most minimal hardware: virtual server
CPU-xeon 2.0 GHz
RAM 1.2Gb
hdd spindle
mta postfix

it all depends on the volume of the letter and the number of emails in the list
