Postfix & MailScanner. Tuning header_checks. How to change the connection?

In all the manuals about this bundle, it is written that header_checks is used to communicate with Postfix's MailScanner:
/^Received:/ HOLD
This check sends ALL incoming mail for processing by MailScanner.
Is it possible to make sure that all mail EXCEPT for client mail (submission) also gets there. coming through port 587? Can anyone come across?
