You have to watch CA. Public services should be tested with IE8, the last two versions of evergreen browsers will suffice for Habr.

As much as you want, I will only advise all the most basic ie8-ie11, edge, opera, chrome, FF, and be sure to use mobile devices in chrome in the inspector

I use all modern ones)
Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Donkey (not always), Vivaldi, Chromium is also worth it, sometimes they ask you to fix bugs under Safari

Desktop:
- Chrome
- Firefox
- IE10+ is mandatory, earlier versions - according to the situation, depending on traffic and target audience
- Opera (modern, not the one that Presto), Safari, Vivaldi, Yandex Browser and other WebKit - also on situations. In 99% of cases, everything will be like in Chrome
Well, mobiles go apart
