I don’t know where the YouTube servers are located, but in St. Petersburg, when you connect 100 megabits (Beeline provider), the upload speed to YouTube is 5-5.6 megabytes per second.
At the same time, torrents are distributed to all 100 megabits so that the problem is not in the provider.
Before the video is available after downloading, it will take another 50% of the time until the transcoding takes place. Transcoding time depends on image resolution (HD/non-HD)
