How long does the hourly time machine backup take?

Please tell me how much time does the hourly backup of the time machine take and how many megabytes are transferred? Provided that during this hour you did not use your computer much, for example, you watched YouTube
I set up a time machine server based on ubuntu and my hourly backup takes ~ 500mb
At the same time, for some reason it lasts a very long time, about 30-40 minutes
Within a few minutes, the strip reaches ~ 416MB, hangs for a long time, I copy 100 kilobytes a minute, and then abruptly reaches the end.
Is this normal behavior or is there something wrong with the server configuration?
On the same server, an afp ball was created, a 5 gig movie into which is copied for about a minute, so everything is ok with speed

Compare the folders of two adjacent copies. It is better to start with this in order to understand the reasons.
