How long does it take to update a release for internal testing?
Made my first mobile game, and published an internal test release. However, already from the 5th version, I noticed that the changes I make to the game do not appear when I download the game from the playmarket. How long does it take for test releases to update? The Google Play Console says that previous versions are removed immediately after the publication of a new version of the release. But something is not very noticeable)
Moreover, if I build directly on the phone, then my changes are displayed.
And taking this opportunity, I'll ask the second question - is it possible to download the Development Build as a test release? How many tried - each time he writes that aab is not signed. Although there, in theory, there should be Debug from Unity signed.
Thank you.

Technically, Google has many servers and it takes some time to sync data between them, and although it is usually quite short, in some cases it can be up to an hour or more. In addition, there may be local caching servers that update data even less frequently.
Moderation for internal testing is not needed, so there are no special delays when uploading, everything depends only on the speed of databases and communication channels.
You answered the second question yourself... Perhaps different keys are used in the development built and in the already loaded file.
