For 4 days I can not figure out how to solve the problem with Owl-carousel.

The fact is that I used Slick Slider for the site and after I realized that after updating the page it does not load immediately, for the beginning of the markup, then, Slick Slider. I thought, maybe this is such a minus of it, because I did not find anything on the Internet.

Began to use Owl-carousel, and the same problem. When the page is refreshed, it takes longer than the markup to load, so the site does not display correctly when refreshed.
