How long does it take to learn blender?

I study web dew, I try to give it almost all my free time, I knew about 3D modeling for a long time, I always wanted to try it, but did not dare, because I wanted to direct all my free time to the web, now there is more time in quarantine, and I decided to postpone a little . I looked at the lessons, made the first model, it seems that there is nothing overly complicated. I'm wondering how long it takes to master blender at an amateur level, I don't need super accurate 3d sculpting, I want to create something for myself, my room, house, etc. spending 2-3 hours a day on it. Thank you in advance for your response!

According to studies that prove that anyone can achieve the level of an expert-master in any field if they put in 20,000 hours of training. In this regard, approximately in ≈200 hours, I think it is possible to master the level that you write about.
This indicator is also affected by your level of memory development ( how quickly you memorize and how much ), therefore, maybe 50 hours of training is enough for you personally to achieve the desired level of Blender proficiency. The number of distractions also affects the "harmful information" during training; do you rest every 30-40 minutes; how often do you practice, etc. [ Video in English, turn on subtitles ]
“Understandable material” or “a teacher who explains well” is secondary, because even the most complex material can be understood with active and repeated repetition. Even if the lesson is in English, it will still not be an obstacle with sufficient diligence and repetition of the actions for the teacher in the video lessons. If the teacher shows quickly and you do not have time, then you can always slow down the video playback speed ( on Youtube or in the media player in the OS ).
It’s good if you fix each lesson by repeating the project from scratch, by yourself, from memory, without peeping into the just completed lesson.
And it's good if you optionally study Blender hotkeys .
Also, if you do not know English well, it is recommended to specify "Translate descriptions when hovering over ", so that you can always find out the description of a particular button / function ( but study the program at the same time in the English interface ).
The primary and most important thing in learning is the intellectual abilities of the student. Therefore, take care of the brain from alcohol, nicotine and other substances that destroy and inhibit its activity. And sleep well. Then learning in many areas will be quick and easy.
Another important point is to keep a personal note of what you learned for each lesson ( record in the process, take screenshots of functions, actions, etc.).). Review your notes periodically to review what you have learned. The abstract greatly helps to remember what you have learned, you can always look into the abstract and find in your note structure what you have recently studied. That's how I train myself.
It is convenient to maintain and synchronize an abstract in Google Docs ( in Google Drive ), the weight of Google Docs files is not taken into account there ( what is placed exactly in Google Docs files, and not any other files in folders ) and a large abstract will not be lost if something happen to the computer and the data on it.
And, because learning something at the computer is associated with a large number of hours spent at the monitor - take care of your eyes, use dark themes for the design of program interfaces ( OS, browsers, graphics packages, etc.).). For the browser, I recommend the Dark Reader extension .
Good luck!

I want to create something for myself, my room, house,

blender is not that hard to learn, but it's useless without knowing how to work with light, materials, and so on. In addition, you will not understand the explanations, you will see how the author of the lesson does it, for example, but why he does it that way you will not understand. As a result, you will make a copy, perhaps something of your own according to the template from the lesson, but no more. Before you master the blender, it is better to read additional. literature, and then you may not need to learn blender, you will understand what and how it works, and the only thing you have to remember is hot keys. And hot keys are remembered in the first 2 days of intensive work in the blender. At least that's how it was for me.
Answering your question, blender does not take long to learn, but related literature is another question. It depends on your learning ability and intelligibility of explanations. It will be much easier for you if you know English, because quality materials are usually in English. Perhaps there is something in Russian, but I'm willing to bet that these are crumbs.
