How long does it take to develop design and layout?

Greetings! The question is: how long does it take to develop design and layout? The fact is that I am a wheelchair user, I can sit at a computer for 1-1.5 hours without a break, in total I can sit 4-5 hours a day. I don't work at night. In general, explain how much time it takes to make a high-quality design and make it up? I'm going to work freelance.

Just set yourself a test task on design and layout for a fictitious customer. When you do, mark the time. Record your results in your portfolio. Portfolio designer does not hurt anyone, so you can do two or three slightly different test tasks for accuracy))

It depends on your skills, design complexity, etc.
The surest way to try)
many more than the 4-5 hours you specified and do not work, although, of course, no one is safe from deadlines.
I also recommend paying attention to the design of mobile applications ─ a well-paid area where there is a wild lack of professionals.

If you can work 4-5 hours a day, then a regular, adaptive landing page, with average skills, can be done in 3 days (excluding template creation).
In general, as gadfi said , you really should try to make something up and see how long it takes you.
Without knowledge of your skills, no one will tell you the exact date more or less.

In a good way, 4-5 hours are spent on work a day. The rest of the time is self-study and the search for solutions to problems. Well, rest itself.
