How long does it take for a Payoneer card to be delivered?

I ordered a Payoneer card immediately after the New Year to Ukraine, they promised to deliver it within a few weeks, they didn’t deliver it, (the address is correct) I ordered the second one again, the delivery time is right - there is no card, I wrote to payoneer support - silence, no one answered, tell me who received this card, what is the actual delivery time?

Мне в Узбекистан доставили за дней 27.
Нужно убедиться, что адрес точно указан. А потом периодически звонить в ваше отделение почты. Второй раз, когда карточку заказывал. Тоже долго ждал. После 33 дней позвонил на почту, а оно, оказывается, там лежало.

And what was the address? Under our circumstances, correct English spelling does not guarantee that a 3rd grade mail carrier will correctly interpret your "blvd" or "apartment" there.
