How long do messages come to Bitrix24 from social networks?

For a day I have been struggling with the issue of integrating social networks.
I connect them to Bitrix so that messages come from social networks to Bitrix.
The problem is that when sending from a VK, more than a minute passes before it is displayed in Bitrix in "open lines". When you receive a message, the answer from Bitrix comes in 5 seconds, and you need to wait a long time back. Push and pull server is selected cloud.
Who knows what could be? By chance, there are no problems in the cloud push and pull, or is it still from the side of social networks.
Has anyone experienced this recently?
