How long can the firmware take?

before that there was a kostomnaya firmware. and recently the phone stopped loading, it comes to the cynogen mod icon and that's it. So I decided to flash it to the official one through Odin, but for several minutes it's been like this and nothing happens. what is the problem?

On one ancient phone it took about 20 minutes ..
And yes, on average, it should be flashed in 5-10 minutes, no longer.
