How long are photos stored in the Telegram cloud?

The question is simple, we use the photos transferred to the bot through the API.
Interested in how long photos are stored on telegram servers, or is it reasonable (better) to download them for yourself?

Perhaps a long time.
But the question is - how much money did you pay for the service? Have you entered into a contract with clear SLA criteria? Most likely not, therefore - on average, photos in the hospital are stored approximately from the moment the service was launched. Probably tomorrow will be stored. Probably.
There is always a chance of at least a failure.
In case of failure, you can smile and get a backup.
And you can be sad because there is nothing to get.
