How legal is it?

The idea is not new, but I wanted to develop something similar. In general, by registering you have the opportunity to add a widget or a separate page with congratulations to your site. Visitors to the site can order congratulations to the numbers of their loved ones. From each payment, the partner receives a percentage, after which he can withdraw funds to a card or popular wallets. I accept and pay out money using AnyPay .

Summer is here and extra time has arrived. Therefore, it was decided to globally rework the project, enter other platforms, add more content, etc. I predict a significant increase in income :) In this regard, several questions arose. I will be very grateful if you help.

  • What are the analogues of AnyPay? You need a high-quality aggregator with the possibility of mass payments and a large variety of payment methods. I wanted to switch to robokassa, but they do not work with the self-employed, much less with ordinary mortals.
  • Is it possible to be just self-employed in this situation? The income is not very large, I think the IP is still too early.
  • How legal is it to deduct ordinary users without IP (Probably some under 18 years old) money from payments? There are all sorts of services for automating the purchase of goods on game servers or for receiving donations from streams. Without verification, you can safely withdraw funds there. I'm just afraid that sooner or later, I will fly for it.
  • Is there a maximum n number of funds that users can keep on their balances?

Not seriously. Self-employment is not designed for this. And for conditional seed traders.
