How is the VM address formed in the cloud when connected via ssh?

I want to connect to the Yandex cloud instance via ssh. What I have: Internal and external IPv4, cloud network, subnet, vm name, FQDN. I connect like this: there is ssh -i /path/to/private_keya problem with the address. How is it built?
