Event - obviously, scroll, or a simple click on the "Show more" button, loading itself via an AJAX request, there is a usual pagination, each time the page number increases by the number of elements on the page, then the response is either parsed (JSON) or is directly added to the document (HTML), the sniffer and the JS source code will answer you in more detail, the pattern itself in the design is called Load more and there are even ready-made libraries.
