How is the process of installing software (node, nginx)?

Good evening, tell a newbie how the software is installed on the hosting?
For example, if I want to make 2 sites on my account, one is php apache mysql, the second is node nginx.
I read that everywhere they write about php and mysql, but how can I stir up the 2nd site on node and nginx after?
