How is the postscript created in the header when issuing?

Hello!
I noticed such a thing as a postfix in the title in the search results, which is not present in the code. How is it implemented?

This is the inner workings of search engines. And the name given in the search can be taken not from the title at all, but for example from the description or content, or combined with each other. And so this is the most common postscript for bringing the pages of one site to a common denominator, if this is not done on the site itself (but if it is done, the search engine can redo it in its own way).
Where did the entry come from in this case? Probably from the title of the main page. And, maybe, from the text of the link to the main page.
