I am looking for any information about how Amazon works inside. Number of servers, languages, database.

Amazon does not disclose this information. This is a trade secret. They only tell how their architecture is arranged for end users (cloud users - developers, architects, devops, ...)
PS: The number of servers and databases is always dynamic
PS: If you are talking about their online store, then it is fully launched on the AWS platform
