How is such graphics and animation implemented?
Hello. Tell me please. What programs are used to make such graphics with animation as in these videos?

There is a need to make a short video, I would like to understand how and with what help this is all implemented?
Perhaps this is done in 3d max, or can it be implemented, for example, using the unreal engine 4 game engine?
Thanks in advance!

It does not have to be done in the UE. In fact, some kind of Cinema 4D (or some kind of 3d editor) will do.
Procedural animation, as in the last video, is usually assembled in Houdini or Cinema4D
Physics simulation, as in the first two, can be done in almost any 3D editor.
