How is someone duplicating my site?

Recently, with the help of statistics, AdSense found exact copies of his site on many different domains, and the sites are fully operational and constantly updated in accordance with updates on the main site (but not instantly, although I thought it was configured via a CNAME record). Main website: thesimsclub.ru. Discovered "mirrors" (at the beginning of this month): thesimsclub.ru.vnomera.com, findtart4.ru, 26whore.date.
I would be very grateful for any help in resolving the issue. I contacted the hosters who hosted these mirrors, but there was no answer. I'm not sure if this has a negative effect on SEO, but it's still unpleasant to see this.

ctrl+c, ctrl+v ...
no matter how they duplicate (or with what or through what) - this is not prohibited anywhere. Moreover, you have indicated below:
and "THE" and indicate at the top:
they can do this anywhere on the site (including the font color of the main background so that it blends in and is not visible), because . you have not prescribed what is possible, how it is possible, etc. This is the first. Second - you have a certificate (with a seal and signature from the hoster) that you are the owner of thesimsclub.ru??? If not, then your de juro rules are invalid. If you are and can confirm - then your rules indicated in a prominent place on the site are mandatory ... BUT ... this is unlikely to stop anyone in fact .. just go to court or Roskomnadzor (the latter is doubtful) to oblige owners of thesimsclub.ru.vnomera.com, findtart4.ru, 26whore.date accept your rules (if they copy content thereby violating your copyright)
and will not do .. they are not obliged (so far at this level)
for thesimsclub.ru no, it does not affect, because they have a separate domain and it does not copy you 100%, moreover, Yandex and Google are smart enough and one of the things they can do is detect plagiarism. Plagiarism will definitely not be seen on your site, so you will not be affected by the
sample of what a certificate for a domain looks like:

SEO is affected, this can be done using a simple Nginx proxy. Write again to hosters
Judging by findtart4.ru, file_get_contents() may even be used here

If these mirrors are in the Yandex index, write a complaint about them from the Yandex.Webmaster interface (the account on which your rights to the site are confirmed).

google yandeh can still be
slaughtered for phishing , especially since the sites are very similar.
