How is simultaneous promotion in Yandex.Direct organized by several directors?

Let's say there is a website, well, or even a simple landing page, a capture page, or anything - a WEB object.
How does the procedure for setting up one such web object differ by different directors?
After all, each directologist registers, as I understand it, under his account the promotion policy and Yandex.direct for a particular site.
Can several directors promote the same site through Yandex.Direct at the same time?
If so, how to track which of the directors in their Yandex.direct brought more leads for a particular web object, site?
If directors are competitors, can they negatively affect the result of site promotion, thereby reducing lead generation, just because of personal troubles: Ivanov is opposed to Sidorov, and therefore he set up Yandex. direct specifically to take customers away from the site, like that?
How does all this affect the final site (customer direct)?
Most likely for google.adwords the same is true, but anyway, please comment for gooooooogle, as well as for yannnndex.

They can do whatever.
If so, how to track which of the directors in their Yandex.direct brought more leads for a particular web object, site?
By UTM tags, i.e. , for example, one labels from={direct-petrov} and the other labels from={direct-sidorov}. Further, according to the report in Metrica or Analytics, you can see how many targeted actions were brought by each of the sources (directors).
I can't think of any such way. Rather, everyone will try to make their ads more relevant and a better result will be born in competition. And nothing terrible will happen if both directors from different accounts make ads on the same pages.
For Google it's the same.
In terms of AB tests, this is calculated for advertising within the same company. In your case, directors need to be separated into different advertising offices, if they work in the same office, they can theoretically spoil each other's work.
About reading. I advise you to start with Yandex.Help for Direct: https://yandex.ru/support/direct/ There, in a detailed, structured and understandable way, all the information about working with Yandex.Direct is described, including UTM tags, AB testing, and much more. If after studying there are questions, then already look for information on the forum or ask here. :)
