How is porting an ASP.NET MVC application done?

There is a corporate application Asp.net, it became necessary to make clients for the most popular mobile platforms: ios, android, wp. Is it possible to do this knowing only C#?

For porting, you need to select a service or make a Web API that clients will access, asp has everything for this, or look towards WCF.
