How is localization done in Laravel?

Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen.
Therefore, I decided to start localizing my project.
And I can't figure out how to do this? Where to look?
I would like to understand the structure of localization, I heard in Laravel there is an opportunity to do localization out of the box. But I didn't encounter it.
I also have an admin panel for the site, in which I plan to publish multilingual news and pages.
If I have the functionality of adding news to the site, will I need to rewrite the way to save news to another table and parse it on a different template? Or is it easier to do?
