Good afternoon!
How is it possible to implement such a structure in Bitrix? There are a number of objects - residential complexes, in which, in turn, apartments are available for sale - 1 room, 2 room, etc. The search takes place by the cost of apartments, but the display is carried out by residential complexes.

1 option.
An infoblock is being created - apartments.
An infoblock is being created - residential complexes with the following properties:
- price of 1 room apartment;
- the price of a 2-room apartment, etc.
These properties will be linked to the infoblock elements - apartments.
Then in the smart filter these properties with a price range will be displayed 5 times (1 room, ... 5 rooms) all in a row.

Option 2.
An infoblock is being created - apartments.
Sections are being created: Residential complexes
Subsections are being created: 1 room square, 2 room square. etc.
And the elements are filled in - apartments in the appropriate subsections.
Then how to stuff it all into a smart filter?

Can be done through a 1-level structure:
Residential complexes as goods
Apartments as trade offers
1-room, 2-room, etc. - property-list of offers
Deadline - property of the main product
You only need to customize the appearance of the filter
