How is it easier to distribute WIFI after connecting to a hotspot on win7?

Good afternoon.
Situation: Connecting to a wireless network in a hotel. Access is limited to one device. I want to use several (laptop, phone, tablet ...).
Solution: I set up a virtual wireless network on my laptop (windows 7), start it up and ... When I connect to the Internet from another device, it redirects me to the hotel registration site (and there is only one access and it has already been used for the laptop).
Solution 2: I set up a VPN connection to my home network, and I share it for a virtual network. Everything works great. BUT, it also requires a vpn server.
Question: how to simplify the task and make it easier to organize the distribution of WIFI when using one access over the same WIFI. Preferably with the least amount of extra software, ideally in general using windows 7.
Question 2. Is it possible to somehow use a household router with alternative firmware DD-WRT, OPEN-WRT ... (which is easier to set up) for these tasks.
Those. in fact, it is necessary to organize a repeater, but so that the network sees only one device.

Access is limited to one device.

So the task of the router is to give access to many devices, having one connection (in this case). All devices "behind the router" are "hidden" behind NAT.
No, the essence of the repeater is "amplifier / repeater". At least read the definitions!

xxx202 if you are given one connection? how to determine which device? at the reception desk?

Different variations, sometimes they give a pincode that must be entered, and then from this computer it does not ask to enter anything else (the poppy is apparently attached). Sometimes just enter the room number and date of birth, as a result, the device is also attached.
The question turns out to be more "how does the hotel network understand that the device allows traffic through itself for others?".
If you play with TTL, then there will be no problems later using other networks?
Is it? It seems to me that if there was NAT, then everything would work as it should, but here it is the problem that turns out to be visible to other devices in the distributed network.
// I'm sorry, I understand the construction of networks at the user level.
